1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery (terms may vary).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Customized and bespoke products are non-returnable.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase/receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised uniforms.
  • Sale/clearance items unless defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

6. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or there is a store error.
