1. Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery (terms may vary).
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
- Customized and bespoke products are non-returnable.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase/receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customised uniforms.
- Sale/clearance items unless defective.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
- Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
6. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or there is a store error.
